Beth E. Abramson is a member of Lewis, Kullman Sterbcow & Abramson, LLC.  She obtained a B.S. and B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School.  Following law school, Beth clerked for Justice Catherine “Kitty” Kimball with the Louisiana Supreme Court.  She has practiced on both the defense side and plaintiff side of the bar.

Beth’s practice areas include maritime and admiralty law, medical malpractice, and civil litigation.  She is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts.

Following Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Beth was intricately and actively involved with the provision of disaster legal services in Louisiana and received several professional acknowledgements for that work.

Beth frequently presents at legal seminars.  She is an active member in many legal and civic organizations.  She has held various positions within the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Foundation, and Louisiana Association for Justice.  She also has held various positions with local civic organizations including The 610 Stompers, More for the 504, The Roots of Music, and most recently her neighborhood association the Bouligny Improvement Association.
